Well, you know probably think that this is another boring 'Faking Stamps' article, but I think that you should read this before judging my article. As you all might know, I'm a swapper. Every other swapper knows what this Means high postage costs, high phone bill ... because I am a poor (?) student I have of course not enough money to pay for all this ... so I started faking stamps three moths ago. I bought some 10 Pf and some 20 Pf stamps and dropped the '2' from the 20 Pf stamps out and sticked it before the '1' of the 10 Pf stamp ... the result was that I created a 210 Pf Stamp out of an 10 Pf and a 20 Pf stamp ... this method worked good and I never had trouble with it Until I got a phone call from one of my contacts. He told me that he was busted by the cops because of my faked stamps, and that he'll maybe has to pay 500 DM ( !! ) to the cops, if he wants to get his confiscated disks back. The problem was that on the confiscated disks was only (!) legal stuff, but the cops Wanted the 500 DM only for checking wether there is illegal or legal stuff on them.
